Ridgeline Integrated Systems

Who gets into your building — and when

Keys don’t scale and they don’t log anything. We install door access and intercom systems that let you grant, revoke, and audit access from your phone.

What we install

  • Door access you own — badge, PIN, and phone unlock; schedules per door and per person; every entry logged. We prefer UniFi Access when the rest of the building is on UniFi, and we install the platform that already fits if you have one.
  • Video intercoms— see and buzz in visitors and deliveries from a phone, whether you’re at the front desk or off-site.
  • Door hardware done right — electric strikes and maglocks with request-to-exit and the fail-safe / fail-secure behavior the opening actually needs.
  • We also handle alarm and intrusion sensors as part of an integrated system when the project calls for it — never as a standalone alarm-company pitch.

The problem with keys

An employee leaves and a physical key leaves with them — so you either re-key the building or accept the risk. With access control, that departure is a thirty-second revoke. And when something goes missing, the door log and the cameras tell one story instead of nothing.

One system with your cameras and network

Door events belong next to the video that shows them, on the same network, with one contractor responsible for all of it working together. No per-door monthly software fee on the systems we typically spec — you buy the hardware, you own it.

Typical projects

A 2–4 door office after a lost master key, a medical suite that needs after-hours cleaning access without handing out keys, a warehouse man-door plus dock, or a multi-tenant glass storefront that still takes deliveries. Not sure if keys are still fine? That’s a ten-minute conversation — call (208) 250-1154.
